First of all loose weight. Do fat burning exercises at least 30 minutes a day.
Open your mouth as far apart as you can while pressing your molar but do not stretch. Do this for 5 minutes.
Take your tongue out of your mouth as much as you can and keep it straight. Now move it in right direction and then to left, try to touch your nose and your chin. Repeat it 20 times.
Practice yoga every day.
Try pushing your tongue with a spoon. Also at the same time push the spoon. Make it like there is a pushing contest between spoon and tongue. Continue it for 2 minutes.
Do like you are blowing a candle. Hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat for 5 times.
Smile by stretching your lips. Hold for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat it 5 times.
Open your mouth as far apart as you can. Repeat it 5 times.
Hold a pencil between your upper jaw and lower jaw. Grip it tightly. Do it for 5 minutes.
Follow these exercises regularly to get rid of snoring. These exercises are not only helpful for snoring but also good facial exercises.
